研究目的：

主要目的：功能性胃肠病症状重叠患者可能出现肠道菌群多样性减少，呈现有益菌较少，有害菌增多的特征，部分菌属可能与胃肠道症状存在一定联系。导致功能性胃肠病患者出现功能性胃肠病症状重叠的影响因素众多，基于相关影响因素构建功能性胃肠病症状重叠预测模型，可能有良好的诊断效能和准确度，能直观、准确预测功能性胃肠病患者发生症状重叠概率，对制定干预决策有指导意义。本项目完成后，可为阐明功能性胃肠病症状重叠与肠道菌群之间的联系奠定研究基础，并为此提供一套功能性胃肠病症状重叠预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: Patients with overlapping symptoms of functional gastrointestinal diseases may have a decrease in the diversity of intestinal flora, showing the characteristics of fewer beneficial bacteria and more harmful bacteria, and some bacterial genera may be related to gastrointestinal symptoms. There are many influencing factors that lead to the overlap of functional gastrointestinal disease symptoms in patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases, and the construction of a prediction model for symptom overlap of functional gastrointestinal diseases based on the relevant influencing factors may have good diagnostic efficacy and accuracy, and can intuitively and accurately predict the probability of symptom overlap in patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases, which is of guiding significance for making intervention decisions. After the completion of this project, it can lay a research foundation for elucidating the relationship between functional gastrointestinal disease symptom overlap and intestinal microbiota, and provide a set of functional gastrointestinal disease symptom overlap prediction models.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.①合并急性胃炎、胃溃疡、消化道出血等急性消化系统疾病；②合并免疫、血液系统疾病者；③既往有急性心梗病史或脑血管意外（6个月内）④心、肺、肝、肾功能不全等基础疾病；⑤合并精神疾病者；⑥哺乳、妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute digestive system diseases such as acute gastritis, gastric ulcer, and gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Those with immunological and hematologic diseases; 3. Previous history of acute myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident (within 6 months) 4 Heart, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency and other underlying diseases; 5. Those with mental illness; 6. Lactating and pregnant women.
