研究目的：

开展全国多中心“多中心隐睾诊疗的真实世界研究”，基于临床真实环境，收集大规模、丰富的临床证据，通过大数据挖掘与建模，分析隐睾的激素治疗效果，手术适应症、标准化手术流程、手术成率、睾丸萎缩率和相关并发症等，系统评价隐睾诊断，治疗和预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a multi-center national real-world research on multi-center cryptorchidism diagnosis and treatment, collect large-scale and abundant clinical evidence based on the clinical real environment, and analyze the cryptorchidism hormone therapy effect through big data mining and modeling, and surgical indications. Standardize the surgical procedure, surgical success rate, testicular atrophy rate and related complications, etc., systematically evaluate cryptorchidism diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.

排除标准：

有心、肝、肾等严重疾病，不能耐受随访观察、激素治疗或手术治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Serious illnesses such as heart, liver and kidney can not tolerate follow-up observation, hormone therapy or surgery.
