研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术中使用降噪耳机对患者术后苏醒质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of noise-cancelling headphones on the quality of postoperative recovery in patients who have undergone percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) with holmium laser lithotripsy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 急诊手术 2: 有严重疾病史 3: 术后需要在ICU进一步治疗 4: 听力障碍者 5: 术前有慢性疼痛或长期使用止痛药物 6: 有精神病史，存在语言障碍不能配合者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Emergency surgery; 2: Had a history of serious illness; 3: Further treatment in the ICU was required after surgery; 4: Persons with hearing impairment; 5: There was chronic pain or long-term use of analgesics before surgery; 6: Have a history of mental illness, there is a language barrier can not cooperate.
