研究目的: |
本研究將結合腦波實驗比較瑜珈運動和平衡訓練在自閉症和發展協調障礙學童動作協調和平衡能力的運用成效。依據上述所提研究目的,本研究針對研究對象的前測、後測結果,擬定下列主要的待答問題,分別敘述如下: 1. 探討瑜珈運動和知動訓練課程對於自閉症和發展協調障礙兒童在兒童動作ABC評量表第二版(Movement Assessment Battery for Children–2,簡稱Movement ABC-2)之前、後測分數差異為何? 2. 探討瑜珈運動和知動訓練課程對於自閉症和發展協調障礙兒童在粗動作功能評量表(Gross Motor Function Measure-88,簡稱GMFM-88)之前、後測分數差異為何? 3. 探討瑜珈運動和知動訓練課程對於自閉症和發展協調障礙兒童在平衡訓練評估儀(力板)Posture Analyzer,簡稱PSA) 之前、後測分數差異為何? 4. 探討瑜珈運動和知動訓練課程對於自閉症和發展協調障礙兒童在事件相關電位之前、後測波幅(P300, N1, N2)差異為何? |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to determine the effects of sensor-motor training and yoga on motor performance and balance abilities [Centre of Pressure (CoP) sway] in children with DD. 1. the effects of sensor-motor training and yoga on motor assessment [M-abc] in children with DD; 2. the effects of sensor-motor training and yoga on motor performance (GMFM-88)in children with DD; 3. the effects of sensor-motor training and yoga on balance abilities [Centre of Pressure (CoP) sway] in children with DD; 4. the effects of sensor-motor training and yoga on attention abilities [event-related ERP, P300, N1, N2)in children with DD. |

The intervention was evaluated through a randomized controlled trial. The intervention group received 10 weeks of sensory-motor training, for approximately 3 hours/week, for 10 weeks in addition to standard rehabilitation. The control group received yoga activities. |

資料及安全性監測計畫(DSMP) 計畫名稱: 比較瑜珈運動和知動訓練在ASD和DCD學童動作協調和平衡能力的運用成效 計畫主持人:清華大學特殊教育學系謝協君副教授電話0963124411 執行程序:依計畫書內容進行個案收案、由研究助理進行平衡和動作功能評估,由專業的瑜珈老師和治療師進行瑜珈和知動訓練,10周訓練完成,再由研究者以電腦軟體進行平衡和動作能力的後測統計分析。 風險評估:參與本項研究評估不會造成個案身體和心理傷害,在個案參與介入活動中,環境中會有完善的保護軟墊和專業技術指導,平衡和動作能力評估文件中的個人姓名和出生日期等身分辨識欄位,會用一組流水編號替代,倘若還是因參與本研究造成個人資料外洩,而造成參受試者本人或其家庭利益損害,本計畫主持人將依法負損害賠償之責。 利益: 參與本項研究,對參與學童本身動作能力可以直接受益,對兒童和家長而言可獲得10周免費的專業介入課程,也希望研究資料分析結果對於未來知動訓練和瑜珈活動在此類學生的運用上,能夠有所助益。 資料保密: 在現行法規的規範之下,個人資料都應受到嚴格保護。受試者的個人資料和評估結果,會和其它受試者資料來合併分析,以60筆合併資料來作整體統計分析,任何個人資料將不會被洩漏,也不會在任何報告或出版物上被辨識出來。 終止參與: 參與本研究完全是自願性的,簽署本計畫同意書後,仍可在任何時候以任何理由,或不需要任何理由,透過當面、電話、電子郵件等方式,提出退出本研究,本計畫負責人員會即時中止介入。 聯絡方式: 對本研究若有任何問題,可直接計畫主持人清華大學特殊教育學系謝協君副教授聯絡,電話為0963124411。電子信箱:elsajj@mail.nd.nthu.edu.tw |
