研究目的：

本研究通过对酒依赖患者的不同脑区进行TBS刺激，评估DLPFC iTBS、mPFC cTBS和DLPFC iTBS＋mPFC cTBS联合的三种治疗方案在改善酒精依赖患者情绪、认知、睡眠，减少患者渴求等方面的疗效。通过全病程观察，比较不同治疗方案远程疗效间的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, TBS stimulation was performed on different brain regions of patients with alcohol dependence to evaluate the efficacy of DLPFC iTBS, mPFC cTBS and DLPFC iTBS + mPFC cTBS in improving the mood, cognition, sleep and reducing craving of patients with alcohol dependence. Through the observation of the whole course of disease, the differences between the remote curative effects of different treatment schemes were compared.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1）患有严重的躯体疾病或认知障碍（例如头部外伤史、脑血管疾病、癫痫等）、心脏/颅内装有金属植入物；2）患有或曾患有其他精神疾病（烟草成瘾除外）；3）过去 10天内服用影响认知功能的药物；4) 存在经颅磁刺激治疗的其他绝对禁忌症；5）治疗依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe physical illness or cognitive impairment (e.g., history of head trauma, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, etc.), cardiac/intracranial metal implant; 2.Have or have had other mental illness (other than tobacco addiction); 3.Taking medications that affect cognitive function in the past 10 days; 4.The presence of other absolute contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy; 5.Poor treatment adherence.

盲法：

由于本试验治疗方法中,研究组采用DLPFC iTBS、mPFC cTBS以及DLPFC iTBS联合mPFC cTBS,对照组采用TBS假刺激,故而对经颅磁刺激治疗的操作者不设置盲法,对其他研究人员及受试者设置盲法。

Blinding：

In this study, the study group was treated with DLPFC iTBS, mPFC cTBS and DLPFC iTBS combined with mPFC cTBS, and the control group was treated with TBS sham stimulation. Therefore, there is no blinding method for the operator of transcranial magnetic stimulation, and blinding method is set for other researchers and subjects.
