研究目的：

（1）解析 STN-DBS 在睡眠-觉醒周期中对震颤的动态调控机制； （2）阐明 STN 时空编码与震颤节律耦合规律； （3）评估闭环刺激策略对震颤异质性的干预效果； （4）绘制 STN 核团的电生理拓扑结构图谱； （5）识别 PD 震颤相关的高敏感性电生理生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To analyze the dynamic regulation mechanism of STN-DBS on tremor during sleep-wake cycle; (2) To elucidate the coupling between STN spatio-temporal coding and tremor rhythm; (3) evaluate the intervention effect of closed-loop stimulation strategy on tremor heterogeneity; (4) mapping the electrophysiological topology of STN nucleus; (5) identify highly sensitive electrophysiological biomarkers related to tremor in PD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重认知障碍（MMSE<24），无法独立自主生活，无自理能力，沟通存在明显障碍； 2.患有严重的精神疾病，如抑郁，焦虑和精神分裂症，无法遵嘱、随访的病人； 3.有其他严重疾病，存在严重手术并发症、严重影响手术的效果、 预后和生存质量。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment (MMSE<24), inability to live independently, no self-care ability, and significant communication disorder; 2. patients with severe mental illness, such as depression, anxiety and schizophrenia, who are unable to follow up; 3. patients with other serious diseases and serious surgical complications, which seriously affect the effect of surgery, prognosis and quality of life.
