研究目的:

通过急性心肌梗死患者多维度临床数据深度解析的研究内容,实现对患者基线特征、疾病亚型及病理机制的精准识别,为风险分层和个体化干预提供科学依据。依据急性心肌梗死关键并发症风险预测模型构建的研究内容,开发出能够动态评估心源性休克、恶性心律失常等主要并发症风险的智能化模型。按照急性心肌梗死个体化治疗路径优化的研究内容,制定出基于患者临床特征和分子标志物的精准干预方案,提升治疗靶向性和有效性。根据多中心临床验证与长期随访的研究内容,确保研究成果在不同地域、不同医疗资源条件下的普适性和稳定性。 本项目预期通过该队列研究的系统性实施,能够显著提高急性心肌梗死早期诊断的准确性,降低误诊率和漏诊率;通过动态风险预测模型的应用,减少严重并发症的发生率和死亡率;借助个体化治疗路径的推广,优化医疗资源配置效率,改善患者短期预后和长期生活质量,最终形成可向临床转化的急性心肌梗死全程管理方案。  

Objectives of Study:

Through in-depth analysis of multidimensional clinical data of patients with acute myocardial infarction, precise identification of baseline characteristics, disease subtypes, and pathological mechanisms of patients is achieved, providing scientific basis for risk stratification and personalized intervention. Based on the research content of constructing a risk prediction model for key complications of acute myocardial infarction, an intelligent model capable of dynamically evaluating the risk of major complications such as cardiogenic shock and malignant arrhythmia has been developed. Based on the research content of optimizing individualized treatment pathways for acute myocardial infarction, a precise intervention plan based on patient clinical characteristics and molecular markers has been developed to enhance treatment targeting and effectiveness. Based on multi center clinical validation and long-term follow-up research, ensure the universality and stability of research results in different regions and medical resource conditions. This project is expected to significantly improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates through the systematic implementation of this queue research; Reduce the incidence and mortality of serious complications through the application of dynamic risk prediction models; By promoting individualized treatment pathways, optimizing the efficiency of medical resource allocation, improving patients' short-term prognosis and long-term quality of life, and ultimately forming a clinically applicable comprehensive management plan for acute myocardial infarction.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

非动脉粥样硬化性心肌梗死(如Takotsubo综合征)、恶性肿瘤终末期、无法完成随访者等。

Exclusion criteria:

Non atherosclerotic myocardial infarction (such as Takotsubo syndrome), end-stage malignant tumor, and those unable to complete follow-up, etc.
