研究目的：

1.通过床旁超声扫查测量I型呼吸衰竭患者入组后不同时间点（入组1-2h，入组6h，入组12h）的肋间肌厚度，膈肌位移及增厚分数，随访记录入组患者气管插管结局事件。评估超声相关特征参数与I型呼吸衰竭患者气管插管等结局事件的相关性，以明确该类超声技术预测I型呼吸衰竭患者气管插管的价值。 2.拟构建床旁超声预测I型呼吸衰竭患者气管插管的模型，为临床呼吸危重症患者的个体化精准治疗提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Intercostal muscle thickness, diaphragmatic displacement and thickening fraction were measured by bedside ultrasound at different time points (1-2h, 6h, 12h) after enrollment in patients with type I respiratory failure, and tracheal intubation outcome events were recorded during follow-up. To evaluate the correlation between ultrasound-related characteristic parameters and outcome events such as tracheal intubation in patients with type I respiratory failure, so as to clarify the value of this kind of ultrasound technology in predicting tracheal intubation in patients with type I respiratory failure. 2. To construct a model of bedside ultrasound for predicting tracheal intubation in patients with type I respiratory failure, so as to provide a basis for individualized precise treatment of clinical respiratory critical patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）神经肌肉疾病史、慢性肺部疾病（如中度至重度限制性或阻塞性肺部疾病）和心脏或胸腔手术患者（2）紧急气管插管的低氧血症患者（3）合并II型呼吸衰竭（4）入科前已经接受高流量或者无创呼吸机辅助治疗的患者。存在严重心脏疾病（如严重的心力衰竭、主动脉瓣狭窄等）者（5）超声图片质量不佳，无法获取主要数据

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of neuromuscular disease, chronic pulmonary disease (e.g., moderate-to-severe restrictive or obstructive pulmonary disease), and cardiac or thoracic surgery; 2. Hypoxemia patients with emergency tracheal intubation; 3. Complicated with type II respiratory failure; 4. Patients who had received high-flow or non-invasive ventilation before admission. Patients with severe heart disease (such as severe heart failure, aortic valve stenosis, etc); 5. The quality of ultrasound images was poor, and the main data could not be obtained.
