研究目的：

开展全国多中心“一期与分期Fowler-Stephens手术治疗高位腹腔型隐睾的临床疗效评价”，系统制定和评价Fowler-Stephens的手术适应症、标准化手术流程、手术成率、睾丸萎缩率和术后并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a national multi-center "Evaluation of the efficacy of 1-stage and 2-stage Fowler-Stephens surgery for high intra-abdominal cryptorchidism" to systematically develop and evaluate Fowler-Stephens' surgical indications, standardized surgical procedures, surgical success rate, testicular atrophy rate, and surgery Post-complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有1项即可：
1.合并大脑性麻痹、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症和性发育障碍性疾病，手术要慎重；
2.未满6个月的可触及隐睾症尚有自行下降至阴囊内的可能，可观察；
3.复发隐睾，由于局部重度粘连，选择腹腔镜手术一定要慎重，应让有经验的泌尿外科医生进行开放手术；
4.有严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍，不能耐受CO2气腹者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With cerebral palsy, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and sexual development disorders, surgery should be careful;
2. Accessible cryptorchidism is less than 6 months may fall to the scrotum itself, may be observed;
3. Recurrence of cryptorchidism, due to local severe adhesion, laparoscopic surgery must be careful, should allow experienced urologists to open surgery;
4. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, can not tolerate CO2 pneumoperitoneum.
