研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 评估DeepSeek辅助的术前谈话对提高癌症患者医学知识理解度的效果。 2. 次要目的：评估DeepSeek提供的医学建议的准确性；评估患者对DeepSeek辅助术前谈话的依从性和满意度；分析DeepSeek干预对患者心理状态的影响；比较使用和未使用DeepSeek辅助的术前谈话在提高患者医学知识理解度和心理健康方面的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To evaluate the effect of deepseek assisted preoperative conversation on improving the understanding of medical knowledge of cancer patients. 2. Secondary purpose: To evaluate the accuracy of medical advice provided by deepseek; The compliance and satisfaction of patients with deepseek assisted preoperative conversation were evaluated; Objective to analyze the effect of deepseek intervention on the psychological state of patients; Objective to compare the differences of using and not using deepseek assisted preoperative conversation in improving patients' understanding of medical knowledge and mental health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍，无法理解或配合研究过程的患者。 2)有急性疾病或其他严重健康问题，可能影响研究进行的患者。 3)无法使用DeepSeek设备或对相关技术有严重不适应的患者。 4)曾参与过类似研究或在过去三个月内接受过类似干预的患者。 5)研究者认为其他任何不适合参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to understand or cooperate with the research process. 2.Patients with acute illness or other serious health problems that may affect the study. 3.Patients who are unable to use deepseek equipment or have serious discomfort with related technologies. 4.Patients who have participated in similar studies or received similar interventions in the past three months. 5.The researcher believes that any other circumstances are not suitable for participating in this study.

(1) 数据收集：数据收集将严格按照统一的研究方案进行，使用标准化的问卷和记录表。所有数据将在收集后立即进行核对和录入，确保数据的完整性和准确性。 (2) 数据整理与存储：所有数据将由专人负责整理，使用专业的数据管理软件进行存储和备份。数据存储过程将严格遵守数据保护法规，确保受试者隐私和数据安全。 数据分析 (1) 数据处理：数据分析将使用SPSS、R等专业统计软件进行，确保分析过程的科学性和准确性。数据分析前进行数据清洗，处理缺失值和异常值，确保数据质量。 (2) 统计分析：使用描述性统计分析数据的基本特征，并根据研究目的进行假设检验和多变量回归分析。所有分析结果将由两名独立的统计人员进行验证，确保分析结果的可靠性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Data collection: the data will be collected in strict accordance with the unified research scheme, using standardized questionnaires and record forms. All data will be checked and entered immediately after collection to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data. 2.Data sorting and storage: all data will be sorted out by special personnel and stored and backed up by professional data management software. The data storage process will strictly comply with data protection regulations to ensure the privacy and data security of subjects. 3.Data analysis (1) Data processing: SPSS, R and other professional statistical software will be used for data analysis to ensure the scientificity and accuracy of the analysis process. Data cleaning shall be carried out before data analysis, and missing and abnormal values shall be handled to ensure data quality. (2) Statistical analysis: use descriptive statistics to analyze the basic characteristics of the data, and conduct hypothesis test and multivariate regression analysis according to the research purpose. All analysis results will be verified by two independent statisticians to ensure the reliability of the analysis results.
