研究目的：

探讨脂溶性维生素在注意缺陷与多动障碍患儿的水平，以及其在身体内代谢途径的研究从而产生的对注意缺陷与多动障碍患儿症状之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the levels of fat-soluble vitamins in children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, as well as their metabolic pathways in the body, resulting in the association between attention deficit and symptoms in children with ADHD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、患有其他遗传、神经精神系统疾病和躯体器质性疾病的儿童，比如脑性瘫痪、癫痫、精神分裂症；2、近3个月未服用含有VA、VD、VE等维生素 的营养保健品；3、患有营养不良、挑食偏食、消化系统疾病等可能影响微量营养素吸收和代谢的儿童；4、服用了可能影响VA、VD或VE代谢的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with other genetic, neuropsychiatric diseases and physical organic diseases, such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and schizophrenia;
2. Have not taken nutritional health products containing vitamins such as VA, VD, VE and so on in the past 3 months;
3. Children suffering from malnutrition, picky eating, digestive system diseases and other diseases that may affect the absorption and metabolism of micronutrients;
4. Taking drugs that may affect the metabolism of VA, VD or VE.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：数据主要来自武汉儿童医院科研数据平台以及门诊就诊时患儿监护人所填写的量表情况。 数据管理：收集的原始数据制定录入标准和流程，明确各类数据的录入格式、规格等。在数据录入过程中采用双人核查的方式，及时发现可疑或者缺失数据，确保数据的准确性。所有收集到的数据使用Microsoft Excel建立数据库进行数据录入与归纳整理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The data were mainly collected from the scientific research data platform of Wuhan Children's Hospital and the scales filled in by the guardians of the children during the outpatient visits. Data management: Formulate entry standards and processes for the collected raw data, and clarify the entry formats and specifications of various types of data. In the process of data entry, the method of double verification is used to find suspicious or missing data in time to ensure the accuracy of the data. All collected data is used by Microsoft Excel to establish a database for data entry and organization.
