研究目的：

研究目的一：招募脑卒中后运动功能障碍患者，并采用脑磁成像技术捕获卒中后运动功能障碍患者脑磁特征图纹，建立卒中后运动功能障碍精准评估体系。 研究目的二：基于上述脑卒中后运动功能障碍人群队列及其脑磁特征，通过远期预后随访构建卒中后运动功能障碍预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective 1: To recruit patients with motor dysfunction after stroke, and capture the magnetoencephalographic feature patterns of these patients using MEG technology, thereby establishing a precise assessment system for motor dysfunction after stroke. Objective 2: Based on the above-mentioned cohort of patients with motor dysfunction after stroke and their MEG features, construct a prognosis prediction model for motor dysfunction after stroke through long-term follow-up.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脑卒中急性期，生命体征不稳者；
2.脑卒中前存在运动功能障碍；
3.严重视力、听力、言语、认知、意识障碍，不能配合完成评估及检查者；
4.合并严重心肝肾、呼吸系统、造血系统、肿瘤等严重原发性疾病；
5.体内有固定金属假牙、心脏起搏器、钢板、钢钉等强磁性物体等患者；
6.精神疾病、癫痫患者；
7.幽闭恐惧症、妊娠患者；
8.参加其他临床研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients during the acute stage of stroke or with unstable vital signs; 2. With motor dysfunction before the stroke; 3. Those with severe visual, auditory, speech, cognitive, or consciousness impairments who are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment and examination; 4. Combining severe primary diseases such as those affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, respiratory system, hematopoietic system, and tumors; 5. Individuals with strong magnetic objects in their bodies, such as fixed metal dentures, pacemakers, steel plates, or steel nails; 6. Patients with mental disorders and epilepsy; 7. Claustrophobia, pregnant patients; 8. Participating in other clinical studies;
