研究目的：

（1）验证结构式四肢运动项目对老年轻度认知功能人群整体认知功能的影响。 （2）探索结构式四肢运行项目通过怎样的中介机制影响了老年轻度认知障碍人群的整体认知功能。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Test the effects of structured limbs-exercise program on the generl cognitive function in older adults with MCI? (2) How does participation in structured limbs-exercise program affect general cognitive function of older adults with MCI?

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

受试者在社区保健中心进行结构式四肢运动项目。第一周，研究人员向受试者讲授了结构式四肢运动项目的内容。从第二周开始，以小组为单位的受试者被要求练习结构式四肢运动（为期12周，每周3次，每次60分钟的有监督的运动训练）。同时，两名有5年老年康复治疗经验的经过统一培训的物理治疗师全程监督和指导运动项目。完成12周的训练课程后，受试者在家中进行每周3次的无监督结构式四肢运动，共计持续12周。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Participants in the intervention group will practice the structure-limb exercise program at community healthcare center. During the first week, the researcher will teach the structure-limb exercise program to the participants. Beginning in the second week, subgroups of participants will asked to practice the structure-limb exercise program (the supervised 60-minute exercise session 3 times per week over 12 weeks), and two trained physiotherapists with 5-year geriatric rehabilitation experience will supervise and conduct all sessions in each center. After completion of the 12-week training sessions, participants then will practice structure-limb exercise at home 3 times per week for another 12 weeks. Meanwhile, all participants will accept health promotion class. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往存在影响大脑功能的神经系统、精神系统和其他严重疾病；
（2）根据美国运动医学会发布的指南，存在不稳定的心脏疾病、严重的脑血管疾病、肌肉骨骼损伤及其他禁止运动的严重疾病的受试者；
（3）过去10年里被诊断为酒精依赖症或存在其他物质成瘾史者；
（4）过去6个月里服用任何可能导致认知能力受损或改善的药物者；
（5）目前正在参与其它研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) a history of neurological, psychiatric and other severe medical issues that may affect brain function; (2) presence of unstable cardiac disease, significant cerebrovascular disease, musculoskeletal impairment and other severe medical conditions for which exercise is contraindicated;
(3) a history of alcohol dependency or other addiction within 10 years;
(4) taking any medications in the past 6 months which may cause impaired or improved cognitive performance (5) participation in other research projects.
