研究目的：

1.评估超重/肥胖干预效果:通过设计限能量饮食方案,观察其对肥胖患者体重､BMI及体脂率等指标的影响,以量化限能量饮食对人类肥胖问题的治疗效果,并探究其在改善代谢健康方面的潜力｡ 2.揭示肠道屏障功能修复机制:测定超重/肥胖患者肠道通透性指标(如D-乳酸含量､二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性､瓜氨酸水平),探索限能量饮食如何恢复人体肠道屏障完整性及其对整体健康的影响｡ 3.探讨免疫功能调节作用:监测超重/肥胖患者在接受限能量饮食后血清中炎症标志物(如CRP､IL-6､IL-10､TNF-α､Sll)水平的变化,以及免疫细胞功能(抑制/细胞毒性T细胞､辅助性T细胞､IgA､IgM､IgG)的改变,明确限能量饮食对人体免疫功能的影响｡  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the effect of overweight/obesity intervention: By designing a calorie-restricted diet plan, observe its impact on weight, BMI, and body fat percentage of obese patients, to quantify the therapeutic effect of calorie-restricted diets on human obesity and explore its potential in improving metabolic health. 2. Reveal the mechanism of intestinal barrier function repair: Measure intestinal permeability indicators (such as D-lactic acid content, diamine oxidase (DAO) activity, citrulline level) in overweight/obese patients, and explore how calorie-restricted diets restore the integrity of the intestinal barrier in the human body and its impact on overall health. 3. Explore the regulatory effect on immune function: Monitor changes in serum inflammatory markers (such as CRP, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, Sll) and alterations in immune cell function (suppressor/cytotoxic T cells, helper T cells, IgA, IgM, IgG) in overweight/obese patients after receiving a calorie-restricted diet, to clarify the impact of calorie-restricted diets on human immune function.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的心肝肾等器官、系统等疾病，或目前正在接受严重的心血管、免疫、呼吸、肝胆、肾脏和泌尿、神经、肌肉骨骼、精神、感染和恶性疾病的治疗 2.有胃肠道疾病（如便秘、腹泻、腹痛、肠易激综合征及炎症性肠病） 3.在最近一个月内食用影响体重的药物（抑制剂和食欲抑制剂） 4.近期（过去2个月）或持续使用抗生素 5.怀孕和哺乳期妇女 6. 计划参加其他临床试验 7.以及调查员因其他原因认为不合适的任何人

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are serious diseases such as heart, liver and kidney, or organs, systems and other diseases, or are currently undergoing severe cardiovascular, immunity, breathing, hepatobiliary, kidney and urology, nerves, muscle skeletal, mental, infection and malignant diseases 2.There are gastrointestinal diseases (such as constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, intestinal excitement syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease) 3.Have taken weight-affecting drugs (inhibitors and appetite suppressants) within the last month. 4.Recently (over the past 2 months) or continuous use of antibiotics 5.Pregnancy and lactation women 6. Plan to participate in other clinical trials 7.Investigators who believe it is inappropriate for other reasons.
