研究目的：

在临床诊治过程中，我们发现许多III-IV期牙周炎患者的骨内缺损在影像学上表现为卵圆形或圆形低密度影，在手术过程中发现炎性组织形态学上表现为圆形或卵圆形,与牙源性炎症性囊肿类似。我们怀疑这类囊肿是由于牙周组织收到炎症刺激后产生，目前根据世界卫生组织指南头颈部肿瘤分类中牙源性颌面部囊肿分类里面并没有复合这类囊肿的分类。本研究旨在确定牙槽骨内缺损中炎症性根侧囊肿的发病率，找出可能的致病因素，研究此类囊肿的临床、影像学和病理学特征，观察术后6月，1年，5年及10年预后，并为未来的治疗方法提供启示。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to ascertain the prevalence of inflammatory periodontal cysts (IPCs) in intrabony defects, identify possible etiologic factors, study the clinical, radiographic and pathological features of such cysts and provide insights into future treatment modalities.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不完整的临床检查资料及影像学资料。 2.不完整的骨内缺损底部软组织的病理检查资料。 3.系统性疾病。 4.吸烟。 5.妊娠。 6.牙髓活力异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical examination data and imaging data. 2. Incomplete pathological examination data of the soft tissue at the bottom of the intraosseous defect. 3. Systemic diseases. 4. Smoking. 5. Pregnancy. 6. Abnormal pulp viability.
