研究目的：

在全国范围内建立一个集诊疗和科研一体化的综合数据系统，整合我国 sJIA 有关的致病基因、流行病学、早筛、诊断、治疗、随访、临床项目等全流程的数据库；同时强化全国各级医疗机构间的协同配合，建立全国性 sJIA 疾病管理和病例共享平台，同时加强人才队伍培养以提升 sJIA 规范化诊疗水平；为深入了解 sJIA的疾病谱、诊疗现状、现存问题奠定基础。为我国制定相关疾病的诊疗策略提供基础，也必将为我国全身型幼年特发性关节炎的指南制定提供强有力的证据；实现产、学、研有机结合，为转化研究和临研的开展积累宝贵经验。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a nationwide integrated data system combining clinical diagnosis/treatment and scientific research. This system will consolidate a comprehensive database covering the entire spectrum of sJIA-related processes in China, including pathogenic genes, epidemiology, early screening, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and clinical programs. Concurrently, it will strengthen collaboration among medical institutions at all levels across the country to establish a national sJIA disease management and case-sharing platform, while enhancing professional training to elevate standardized clinical management of sJIA.
