本研究旨在基于“肠-肝-脑”轴理论，系统评估TIPS术后肝硬化门静脉高压患者肠道屏障功能、肠道菌群变化，揭示TIPS术后打破病态循环后引发一系列病理生理改变的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comprehensively investigate, within the framework of the gut-liver-brain axis, the alterations in intestinal barrier integrity and gut microbiota composition in patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension following transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). Furthermore, the study seeks to uncover the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms triggered by the disruption of the pathological hemodynamic equilibrium induced by TIPS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组排除标准： （1）非硬化性门脉高压症所致EGVB、顽固性腹水、胸水等门脉高压表现的患者； （2）仍有活动性消化道出血的患者； （3）全身或肠道活动性感染，腹膜和腹腔感染的患者； （4）合并恶性肿瘤的患者； （5）近期（4周内）使用抗生素、益生元、益生菌或质子泵抑制剂的患者； （6）伴有溃疡性结肠炎，克罗恩病、腹泻、便秘等胃肠道疾病的患者； （7）具有TIPS的禁忌症的患者； （8）不愿意签署知情同意书患者。 对照组排除标准： 患有肝硬化门静脉高压、高血压、糖尿病、炎症性肠病、急性胃肠炎等急慢性疾病，近4周内使用过抗生素及益生菌、益生元等药物以及其它可能影响肠道功能和微生态的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for the Case Group: (1) Patients with portal hypertension manifestations such as EGVB, refractory ascites, or pleural effusion caused by non-cirrhotic portal hypertension; (2) Patients with ongoing active gastrointestinal bleeding; (3) Patients with active systemic or intestinal infections, including peritonitis or intra-abdominal infections; (4) Patients with concurrent malignant tumors; (5) Patients who have used antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics, or proton pump inhibitors within the past 4 weeks; (6) Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, diarrhea, or constipation; (7) Patients with contraindications to the TIPS procedure; (8) Patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form. Exclusion Criteria for the Control Group: Individuals diagnosed with cirrhotic portal hypertension, hypertension, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, acute gastroenteritis, or other acute or chronic conditions; Individuals who have used antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or other medications that may affect intestinal function or gut microbiota within the past 4 weeks.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质病例报告表（CRF）进行数据采集，所有数据将由两名研究人员独立录入并核对，随后录入至Excel电子表格中进行集中管理，定期备份。
