研究目的：

1.研究小脑iTBS对降低甲基苯丙胺成瘾者渴求的疗效及其神经机制。 2.研究小脑iTBS改善甲基苯丙胺成瘾者认知功能的疗效及其神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the efficacy and neural mechanisms of cerebellar iTBS in reducing craving in individuals with methamphetamine dependence. 2.To investigate the efficacy and neural mechanisms of cerebellar iTBS in improving cognitive function in individuals with methamphetamine dependence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有癫痫病史、一级亲属中有特发性癫痫病史及使用致癫痫药物; 2.心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能减退或衰竭； 3.严重认知及交流障碍而不能配合； 4.戴有起搏器、体内有金属植入物，或有颅骨缺陷； 5.小脑的直接损伤； 6.在认知评估前至少2周，使用包括抗胆碱酯酶抑制剂或NMDA拮抗剂在内的精神活性药物进行治疗者； 7.脑电检测不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of epilepsy, family history of idiopathic epilepsy in first-degree relatives, or use of epileptogenic medications; 2.Impaired or failed function of major organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys; 3.Severe cognitive or communication impairments that prevent cooperation; 4.Presence of a pacemaker, metallic implants in the body, or cranial defects; 5.Direct injury to the cerebellum; 6.Use of psychoactive medications—including cholinesterase inhibitors or NMDA antagonists—for treatment within at least 2 weeks prior to cognitive assessment; 7.Inability to cooperate with EEG examination.

于小脑部位进行经颅磁iTBS干预,干预10天，每天两次。iTBS参数设定：丛内频率50 Hz，丛间频率5 Hz，刺激2 s，间歇8s，刺激时间192s，共600个脉冲；刺激强度设定为80%活动运动阈值。

Intervention：

Intermittent theta-burst stimulation (iTBS) was administered over the cerebellum, twice daily for 10 consecutive days. The iTBS parameters were as follows: an intraburst frequency of 50 Hz, an interburst frequency of 5 Hz, 2-second stimulation trains with 8-second intervals, for a total stimulation duration of 192 seconds and 600 pulses per session. The stimulation intensity was set at 80% of the active motor threshold (AMT). .
