研究目的：

本研究为一项前瞻性横断面研究，旨在对2025年6月至10月期间参加体检的健康人群的肺通气功能指标进行多维度分析，并探讨其影响因素。研究数据包括基本肺功能数据以及性别、年龄、身高、体重、吸烟史等信息。通过描述性统计、单因素分析和多因素分析等方法，全面评估肺通气功能指标的分布特征及其与各因素的关联，本研究有助于了解健康体检人群肺功能特征，为早期筛查和干预提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This is a prospective cross-sectional study, which aims to conduct a multidimensional analysis of the pulmonary ventilation function indicators of healthy people who participated in physical examinations from June to October 2025, and explore their influencing factors. The research data include basic pulmonary function data and information such as gender, age, height, weight, and smoking history. Through descriptive statistics, univariate analysis, and multivariate analysis, the distribution characteristics of pulmonary ventilation function indicators and their association with various factors were comprehensively evaluated. This study helps to understand the pulmonary function characteristics of the healthy physical examination population and provide data support for early screening and intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近3个月患心肌梗死、脑卒中、休克；
2.近4周出现严重心功能不全、严重心律失常、不稳定性心绞痛；
3.近4周出现大咯血；
4.癫痫发作，需要药物治疗；
5.未控制的高血压病(收缩压>200 mmHg、舒张压>100 mmHg)；
6.胸腹主动脉瘤；
7.严重甲状腺功能亢进；
8.严重低氧血症及严重高碳酸血症者；
9.肺功能检查当天已行内窥镜检查及活检者；
10.近期行眼、耳、颅脑手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from myocardial infarction, stroke, or shock in the past three months;
2.Severe heart failure, severe arrhythmia, or unstable angina in the past 4 weeks;
3.Severe hemoptysis has occurred in the past 4 weeks;
4.seizures, requiring medication;
5.Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg);
6.Thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm;
7.Severe hyperthyroidism;
8.Patients with severe hypoxemia and severe hypercapnia;
9.Those who have undergone endoscopy and biopsy on the day of pulmonary function test;
10.Recent eye, ear, and brain surgery.

所有试验数据将通过病例报告表（CRF）采集，确保数据来源的标准化和可追溯性。使用经过验证的电子数据采集系统（EDC），以确保数据录入的准确性和完整性。调查表、病例报告表（CRF）和相关文件将由经过培训的研究人员按照统一标准填写。数据将在每次访视时记录，研究相关人员需在规定时间内将所有数据录入到EDC系统中。数据录入后将由数据管理团队定期核查和清理，确保一致性和规范性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All trial data will be collected through case report forms (CRFs) to ensure standardization and traceability of data sources. A validated electronic data capture (EDC) system will be used to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entry. Questionnaires, CRFs, and related documents will be completed by trained investigator physician and clinical research coordinator in accordance with standardized procedures. Data will be recorded during each visit, investigator physician and clinical research coordinator (CRC) are required to enter all data into the EDC system within the specified time frame. After data entry, the data management team will regularly review and clean the data to ensure consistency and compliance with protocol standards.
