研究目的：

探讨腹腔镜肾盂成形术联合改良PNCL治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻（UPJO）合并肾下盏结石的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic pyeloplasty combined with a modified percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) complicated by lower calyceal calculi.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肾脏发育畸形；2.严重凝血功能障碍；3.合并肾下盏结石之外的其他部位的泌尿系结石，以及其他系统严重畸形；4.严重肺部感染及败血症等；5.就诊时已在外院接受过相关治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital renal malformations; 2.Severe coagulopathy; 3. Urinary tract stones located outside the lower calyx or other serious systemic malformations; 4. Severe pulmonary infection or sepsis; 5.Prior related treatment before admission.
