研究目的：

本研究以网络认知行为疗法对ICU转出后睡眠障碍患者进行干预，通过随机对照临床研究设计，探索网络认知行为疗法对ICU转出后睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量、心理状况以及生活质量的干预作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intervened in patients with sleep disorders after ICU transfer using internet - based cognitive behavioral therapy. Through a randomized controlled clinical research design, it explored the intervention effects of internet - based cognitive behavioral therapy on the sleep quality, psychological status, and quality of life of patients with sleep disorders after ICU transfer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有由精神障碍、癫痫、脑外伤、脑瘤、脑炎或脑血管疾病引起的睡眠障碍; 2.接受催眠药物和抗精神病药物治疗； 3.以往进行过CBT治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Sleep disorders caused by mental disorders, epilepsy, brain injuries, brain tumors, encephalitis, or cerebrovascular diseases; 2.receiving treatment with hypnotic drugs and antipsychotic medications; 3.having undergone CBT treatment previously.

纳入时间先后顺序作为纳入编号（1-56号）。纳入编号对应的一个随机数字由电脑生成并且将其作为该患者的研究编号，再将研究编号升序排列，按1:1的比例分为2组作为研究组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Incorporate the chronological order as the inclusion number (numbered 1 - 56). A random number corresponding to the inclusion number is generated by the computer and used as the patient's research number. Then, arrange the research numbers in ascending order and divide them into two groups in a 1:1 ratio as the research group and the control group.
