本研究的目的是应用影像组学和深度学习的研究方法,提取不同参数MR的有效特征构建模型,预测前列腺的良恶性分型、以及gleason评分的预测价值,为早期选择精准化治疗提供一定帮助。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this research is to apply the research methods of imaging omics and deep learning to extract the effective characteristics of different parameters of MR to build a model, predict the benign and malignant typing of the prostate, and the predictive value of gleason score, and provide some help for early selection of precise treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)运动伪影大、MRI图像质量差; (2)合并其他肿瘤病史。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Large motion artifacts and poor MRI image quality; (2) Combined with the medical history of other tumors.
