研究目的：

构建脑卒中患者基于 VSWM 的 CMDT 双任务训练干预方案。对比研究新方案的应用效果，并分析视空间工作记忆在卒中患者姿势控制中的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a VSWM-based CMDT dual-task training intervention program for stroke patients. The application effect of the new protocol was compared and the mechanism of visuospatial working memory in postural control of stroke patients was analyzed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并严重器质性疾病，如多发骨折、恶性高血压或肿瘤等； （2）存在严重并发症或其他可能威胁受试者生命健康的疾病； （3）重度失语症，存在严重听理解障碍的患者； （4）正在参加其他项目研究的患者； （5）有极端负面情绪，或患有严重精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with severe organic diseases, such as multiple fractures, malignant hypertension or tumors; (2) There are serious complications or other diseases that may threaten the life and health of the subject; (3) Patients with severe aphasia and severe hearing comprehension impairment; (4) Patients who are participating in other program studies; (5) Those who have extremely negative emotions or suffer from severe mental illness.

根据入院时间对符合纳入标准的患者进行标号，使用 SPSS26.0 软件生成相应的随机数字，并将其按照 1:1 的比例随机分为实验组和对照组，每组 56 人。

Patients who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the time of admission, and the corresponding random numbers were generated using SPSS26.0 software, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in a 1:1 ratio, with 56 people in each group.
