研究目的：

本研究旨在基于健康信念模式，构建并应用一套针对2型糖尿病高危人群的风险沟通方案。研究首先通过文献回顾、横断面调查及质性访谈，全面了解该人群的糖尿病风险感知水平及其在风险沟通中的具体需求与体验，随后结合专家函询意见，形成科学、可行的沟通方案。最终将该方案应用于临床实践中，并评估其在提升高危人群风险感知水平与预防行为意愿方面的实际效果，为糖尿病一级预防提供理论依据和干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and apply a risk communication program for individuals at high risk of type 2 diabetes, based on the Health Belief Model. The research begins with a literature review, cross-sectional survey, and qualitative interviews to comprehensively assess the population’s level of diabetes risk perception and their specific needs and experiences related to risk communication. Expert consultations (Delphi method) will then be used to formulate a scientifically grounded and feasible communication strategy. Finally, the program will be implemented in clinical practice, and its effectiveness in enhancing risk perception and willingness to adopt preventive behaviors among high-risk individuals will be evaluated, providing theoretical support and intervention strategies for primary prevention of type 2 diabetes.

Pre-intervention assessment was conducted using the Diabetes Risk Perception Scale and the Diabetes Prevention Behavior Intention Questionnaire. Implement risk communication based on the health belief model, with the content centered around: Perceived susceptibility: Enabling individuals to recognize their risk of illness; Perceived severity: Enable individuals to understand the serious consequences brought by diabetes; Perceived benefits: Emphasize the positive effects of changing behaviors (such as diet, exercise); Perceptual disorders: Identifying and attempting to reduce the obstacles for an individual to adopt healthy behaviors; Self-efficacy: Enhancing an individual's confidence in adopting healthy behaviors. Communication methods may include face-to-face communication, health education, individualized feedback, etc After the intervention ended, the same scale was used again for effect evaluation.
