研究目的：

目前临床康复多聚焦下肢功能恢复与预防深静脉血栓，对上肢及躯干肌群废用性萎缩的系统性评估和针对性干预不足。常规康复训练中，被动关节活动虽普遍应用，但其对上肢及躯干深层肌群尤其是呼吸肌结构的维持或改善效果缺乏定量证据。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, clinical rehabilitation mostly focuses on the recovery of lower extremity function and the prevention of deep vein thrombosis, while there is insufficient systematic assessment and targeted intervention for disuse atrophy of upper limb and trunk muscle groups. In conventional rehabilitation training, although passive joint movement is widely used, there is a lack of quantitative evidence for its maintenance or improvement effect on the deep muscle groups of the upper limbs and trunk, especially the structure of respiratory muscles.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心肺疾病（如NYHA心功能III-IV级、COPD GOLD 3-4级）、严重肝肾功能不全、活动性恶性肿瘤； 2.上肢或躯干部位存在骨折、严重关节炎、感染、皮肤破损等影响评估或训练的情况； 3.既往有影响上肢功能的神经肌肉疾病史（如肌营养不良、运动神经元病）； 4.严重精神疾病无法配合评估和训练； 5.存在严重痉挛（改良Ashworth量表>=3级）或挛缩，被动活动明显受限； 6.计划在研究期内进行可能显著影响肌肉状态的手术或药物调整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe cardiopulmonary diseases (such as NYHA cardiac function grade III-IV, COPD GOLD grade 3-4), severe liver and kidney insufficiency, active malignant tumors; 2. Fractures, severe arthritis, infections, skin breakdowns, etc., in the upper limbs or trunk that affect the assessment or training; 3. Previous history of neuromuscular diseases affecting upper limb function (such as muscular dystrophy, motor neuron disease); 4. Severe mental illness and inability to cooperate with assessment and training; 5. Presence of severe spasticity (modified Ashworth scale >=grade 3) or contractures, with significant limitation of passive activities; 6. Planned surgical or medication modification that may significantly affect muscle status during the study period.
