研究目的：

本研究旨在基于生态瞬时技术，开发并实施一项融合生态瞬时评估（Ecological Momentary Assessment, EMA）与生态瞬时干预（Ecological Momentary Intervention, EMI）技术，面向产褥期妇女开展纯母乳喂养促进干预。通过在真实情境中动态收集个体行为、情绪等数据（EMA），并根据评估结果即时推送个性化支持和干预信息（EMI），评估该干预对提升产褥期纯母乳喂养率和延长纯母乳喂养持续时间的效果。研究旨在为建立以移动健康技术为基础的母乳喂养支持体系提供科学依据，推动母婴健康干预策略的数字化转型与创新。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and implement a breastfeeding promotion intervention for postpartum women based on ecological momentary techniques, integrating Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) and Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI). By dynamically collecting real-time data on individual behaviors, emotions, and other contextual factors through EMA, and delivering personalized support and intervention messages in response via EMI, the study will evaluate the effectiveness of this approach in increasing the exclusive breastfeeding rate during the postpartum period and extending the duration of exclusive breastfeeding. The ultimate goal is to provide scientific evidence for building a mobile health-based breastfeeding support system and to promote the digital transformation and innovation of maternal and child health interventions.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有重大精神疾病史或认知障碍，包括但不限于：   （1）重度抑郁症；   （2）精神分裂症；   （3）双相情感障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of major psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment, including but not limited to:   (1) Major depressive disorder;   (2) Schizophrenia;   (3) Bipolar disorder.

Eligible postpartum women will be randomly assigned to the intervention or control group in a 1:1 ratio. The randomization sequence will be generated in advance by an independent statistician who is not involved in participant recruitment or intervention implementation, using a computer-based random number generator.

盲法：

由于生态瞬时技术的干预无法对研究对象和交付干预措施的研究人员施盲，为减少主观偏倚，将对数据管理和分析人员实行盲法，使其不知分组顺序等试验实施信息。同时，试验过程的数据（包括随访数据）均通过微信小程序自动发放问卷进行收集，减少人为因素的影响。

Blinding：

Since ecological momentary intervention technology cannot blind either the study participants or the researchers delivering the intervention, blinding will be implemented for data management and analysis personnel to reduce subjective bias, ensuring that they are unaware of group allocation and other trial implementation details. In addition, all study data (including follow-up data) will be collected through questionnaires automatically distributed via a WeChat mini-program, thereby minimizing the influence of human factors.

Research data sharing will be managed with authorization from the Principal Investigator (PI). Researchers who wish to use the data must submit a written application to the PI, specifying the research purpose, the scope of data requested, and the proposed analytical methods. Upon approval by the research team, both parties shall sign a **Data Use Agreement (DUA)** that clearly defines the purpose of use, confidentiality obligations, and citation requirements. Only then may the relevant data be accessed.
