Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between oxycodone and postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing general anesthesia and laparoscopic surgery, and to provide more evidence and references for clinical medication.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在明显呼吸、循环功能障碍者；2.肝肾功能异常者；3.对阿片类药物相关成份过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction before surgery;
2.patients with abnormal liver and kidney function;
3.patients who are allergic to opioid-related ingredients;
