研究目的：

将行三尖瓣修复、房化右室折叠等手术术后的Ebstein畸形患者作为研究对象，通过收集患者的术前基线资料及截止到2023年11月的术后复查资料，比较Ebstein畸形行外科干预术中及术后中远期的并发症发生情况及临床治疗效果，并尽可能寻找影响Ebstein畸形患者治疗的远期效果的影响因素，为制定Ebstein畸形患者手术策略提供参考依据。主要评价指标包括：患者术后远期不良事件的发生情况，包括（重度右心衰，严重出血、死亡）和患者术后因心血管并发症再次入院手术的情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The long-term efficiency of tricuspid operation for Ebstein patients remains in the spotlight. Tricuspid insufficiency post-surgery still faced huge challenges. There was little with respect to the report of outcomes of post-surgery Ebstein patients, particularly the patients suffered from severe deformity of tricuspid valve. Hence, we reviewed the experiences of our team in the treatment of patients with Ebstein anomaly, aiming to evaluate the long-term efficacy of different techniques in our department and to provide evidence on treatment strategies for patients with Ebstein anomaly.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)入院但未行手术的患者；(2)病历资料严重缺失，影响数据统计分析的患者；（3）Ebstein畸形合并其他复杂心脏病的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Admitted without surgery; 2. Incomplete records compromising analysis; 3. Comorbid complex congenital heart diseases

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. CRF设计：依据试验方案制定标准化CRF，经伦理委员会审批。包含受试者筛选、随机化、访视、不良事件等模块。纸质CRF由研究者签署后48小时内录入EDC。 2. EDC系统：采用ResMan®云平台（符合21 CFR Part 11），实现： - 角色权限管理（3级访问控制） - 实时逻辑核查（自动触发质疑） - 全操作轨迹追踪 - 数据加密（SSL/TLS） 质控流程：双人录入关键数据，CRA每例SDV，数据管理员每月导出质疑报告。
