研究目的：

本研究基于临床行为学的修订版昏迷恢复量表评分和神经电生理技术的失匹配负波探讨经颅直流电刺激与重复经颅磁刺激对慢性意识障碍患者的临床疗效,明确脑损伤后 pDOC 无创神经调控技术的最佳模式，提高患者的促醒率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the clinical efficacy of transcranial direct current stimulation and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with chronic consciousness disorders based on the revised version of the Coma Recovery Scale score from clinical behavior and mismatched negative waves from neuroelectrophysiological techniques. The aim is to clarify the optimal mode of pDOC non-invasive neural regulation technology after brain injury and improve the awakening rate of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1．病情危重且生命体征不稳定者 2．活动性脑出血； 3．颅内留置金属物者； 4．体内有心脏起搏器者； 5．其它原因所致的意识障碍； 6．既往有癫痫病史或癫痫家族史； 7．患有严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者； 8．妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with critical illness and unstable vital signs 2.Active cerebral hemorrhage; 3.Patients with intracranial retention of metal objects; 4.Individuals with pacemakers in their bodies; 5.Consciousness disorders caused by other reasons; 6.Previous history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 7.Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 8.Pregnancy.
