研究目的：

本课题组前期研究发现膳食模式和益生菌通过调节妊娠期糖尿病孕鼠肠道菌群及其代谢物表达影响血糖、血脂水平。本研究拟通过临床试验，从微生物组学、代谢组学机制层面，并基于肠道菌群-代谢途径研究膳食模式对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇肠道菌群及其代谢、胰岛素抵抗的作用机制与作用靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Our previous research found that dietary patterns and probiotics affect blood glucose and lipid levels by regulating the expression of intestinal flora and its metabolites in pregnant women with gestational mellitus diabetes. This study aims to study the mechanism and target of dietary patterns on the intestinal flora, metabolism and insulin resistance of pregnant women with gestational diabetes via clinical trials from the perspective of microbiology and metabolomics mechanisms, and based on the intestinal flora metabolism pathway.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇有糖尿病、高血压病、抑郁病史，或者合并先天性心脏病、肝肾功能不全、慢性肠炎； 2.孕前及孕期使用皮质激素类药物； 3.孕早期并发严重创伤等其他应激状态； 4.近期一个月内并发急性胃肠炎； 5.产检及分娩资料不完整的孕产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women have a history of diabetes, hypertension, depression, or congenital heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, and chronic enteritis; 2.Use corticosteroids before and during pregnancy; 3.Early pregnancy complicated with severe trauma and other stress states; 4.Acute gastroenteritis complicated within the past month; 5.Pregnant women with incomplete prenatal examination and delivery data.
