研究目的：

本研究根据老年人生理特点对中国传统跌扑功法中前扑，倒扑，翻身扑等动作进行生物力学研究和改良，进一步研究其防止老年人跌倒损伤的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the physiological characteristics of the elderly, this study conducted biomechanical research and improvement on the actions of the Chinese traditional anti-fall technique, to further study its clinical effect of preventing falls injuries in the elderly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有神经系统疾病（如前庭病变、小脑病变、中枢性眩晕等）、心脑血管疾病（近6 个月有脑出血和脑栓塞的病史者）、眼部疾病及其他内科疾病可能引起平衡功能障碍导致老年人跌倒的受试者。
严重危及生命的原发性疾病（如慢性心力衰竭、慢性肺功能衰竭，肾功能衰竭、肿瘤等）以及精神病（如心理障碍、认知功能障碍等）患者。
（2）严重的骨与关节疾病（如腰椎间盘突出症发作期、严重骨质疏松症等）影响肢体功能的患者。
（3）近1年内反复跌倒10 次以上者。
（4）同时接受其他有关治疗及防跌倒运动方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with neurological diseases (such as vestibular lesions, cerebellar lesions, central vertigo, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral embolism in recent 6 months), eye diseases, and other medical conditions may be A subject who causes balance dysfunction that causes the elderly to fall.
Seriously life-threatening primary diseases (such as chronic heart failure, chronic pulmonary failure, renal failure, tumors, etc.) and psychosis (such as psychological disorders, cognitive dysfunction, etc.);
(2) Severe bone and joint diseases (such as episodes of lumbar disc herniation, severe osteoporosis, etc.) affect patients with limb function;
(3) Those who fell repeatedly more than 10 times in the past year;
(4) At the same time accept other related treatment and fall prevention exercise program.
