本研究旨在利用人工智能方法、多组学方法与临床大数据结合,包括使用机器学习方法构建基于时序数据的溃疡性结肠炎状态转变预测模型,鉴别UC疾病活动,通过自主学习根据UC不同的状态转变特征进行新的疾病分类,重点关注复发难治性UC,最终为溃疡性结肠炎疾病状态进展预测提供新指标、新方法,进而对当前状态类似但疾病发展存在差异的患者,提供个性化溃疡性结肠炎疾病诊治管理产生帮助。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The aim of this study is to combine artificial intelligence methods, multi omics methods, and clinical big data, including the use of machine learning methods to construct a time-series data based ulcerative colitis state transition prediction model, identify UC disease activity, and use self-learning to classify new diseases based on the different state transition characteristics of UC, with a focus on difficult-to-treat-UC. Ultimately, new indicators and methods will be provided for predicting the progression of ulcerative colitis disease, and personalized diagnosis, treatment, and management of ulcerative colitis disease will be provided for patients with similar status but different disease development. |

排除标准: |
1. 少于2次就诊记录及疾病状态相关临床指标的患者; |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Patients with less than 2 medical records and clinical indicators; 2. Patients diagnosed with uncertain colitis or unable to rule out diseases such as lymphoma, bacterial dysentery, and intestinal tuberculosis; 3. Combined malignant diseases and other autoimmune diseases; 4. Pregnant and lactating women or women planning to conceive; 5. Disagree or inability to perform endoscopic and other related examinations. |
