研究目的：

主要目的：通过高钙CPP酪蛋白磷酸肽的人群干预研究，探讨其对儿童群体骨代谢和骨骼健康的影响作用。 次要目的：探讨高钙CPP酪蛋白磷酸肽干预对儿童身高生长的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The effects of high calcium CPP casein phosphopeptide on bone metabolism and bone health in children were investigated through population intervention study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.低钙血症患儿，血清钙低于2.13 mmol/L（8.5 mg/dl）； 2. 肝脏或肾脏功能障碍；罹患全身慢性疾病或免疫缺陷； 3. 已确诊患有其他生长发育障碍（GH缺乏症、Turner综合征、Noonan综合征、Laron综合征、或由甲状腺功能减退引起的生长发育障碍）； 4. 根据BMI值判别为肥胖的儿童； 5. 葡萄糖调节功能受损或患有糖尿病； 6. 先天性骨骼畸形、脊柱侧弯或跛行； 7. 精神疾病； 8. 对研究产品成分过敏； 9. 3个月内参加过其他临床试验； 10. 接受过可能干扰GH分泌或功能的药物或其他激素治疗； 11. 其他原因研究者认为其不适合纳入研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with hypocalcemia with serum calcium below 2.13 mmol/L (8.5 mg/dl); 2. Liver or kidney dysfunction; Chronic systemic disease or immune deficiency; 3. has been diagnosed with another growth disorder (GH deficiency, Turner syndrome, Noonan syndrome, Laron syndrome, or growth disorder caused by hypothyroidism); 4. Children identified as obese based on BMI; 5. Impaired glucose regulation or diabetes mellitus; 6. Congenital bone malformations, scoliosis or claudication; 7. Mental illness; 8. Allergic to the ingredients of the investigational product; 9. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 10. Receiving medication or other hormone therapy that may interfere with GH secretion or function; 11. For other reasons, the researchers considered it unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
