研究目的：

通过对苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合阿芬太尼用于无痛结肠镜诊疗的临床效果观察，以及对相关因素进行分析，给临床麻醉医生提供参考，提高无痛诊疗质量，减少诊疗后相关并发症发生，加速患者康复进程，提升满意度，并缩短住院时间。  

Objectives of Study：

This study observes the clinical efficacy of Remimazolam Besylate combined with Alfentanil in pain-free colonoscopy, analyzes related influencing factors, and provides reference for clinical anesthesiologists. The aims are to enhance the quality of pain-free procedures, reduce post-procedural complications, accelerate patient recovery, improve satisfaction, and shorten hospital stays.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心脑血管疾病及肝肾功能障碍； 2.反流误吸风险较高； 3.既往长期使用镇静及镇痛药； 4.不配合，无法沟通者； 5.对本研究药物过敏； 6.近期参加过其他临床研究； 7.近期或正在进行的上呼吸道感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. High risk of reflux aspiration; 3. Long-term use of sedatives and analgesics in the past; 4. Those who do not cooperate and cannot communicate; 5. Allergy to the drug in this study; 6. Have recently participated in other clinical studies; 7. Recent or ongoing upper respiratory tract infection.
