研究目的：

有研究表明间歇性断食（Intermittent Fasting，IF）对于肥胖症患者的减重有显著疗效。那么对比传统的减重方法——持续热量限制（Continuous Energy Restriction，CER），两种方法在减重上是否有相同效果？目前此类研究报道还比较少。本研究采用随机对照试验的方法，将两种减重方法进行对比，旨在探索间歇性断食和持续热量限制对超重肥胖人群的形态学指标、血液生化指标等方面影响的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Previous research has shown that Intermittent Fasting(IF) has a significant effect on weight loss in obese patients. But comparing to the traditional method of losing weight--Continuous Energy Restriction(CER), whether the two methods have the same effect on weight loss? Untill now there was little reports on it.This study used randomized controlled trials to compare two methods of weight loss in order to explore the effects of IF and CER on body shape indexs, physiological and biochemical in overweight or obese people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有以下情况之一者予以排除：①糖尿病患者（FPG≥7.0mmol/L及/或OGTT 2h PG≥11.1mmol/L）； ②入选本研究三个月前，或与此同时参加其它研究试验者或与此同时服用减肥药物者；③明显肾功能不全(肌酐≥1.5 mg/dl或＞133umol/L)； ④明显肝功异常(ALT超过正常值上限2倍)；⑤既往曾患脑卒中或心肌梗死病史者；⑥做过或正准备做冠状动脉球囊扩张术或冠状动脉搭桥术；⑦患其它严重疾病如恶性肿瘤；⑧可能妊娠的妇女；⑨研究者认为不适于入选的对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1. women who are either in pre-menopause or 2 years post menopause;
2. Patients with diabetes (FPG = 7.0mmol/L and / or OGTT 2h PG = 11.1mmol/L);
3. attended in another study or take weight-loss drugs at the same time or 3 months prior to the beginning of the study;
4. the obvious renal insufficiency (creatinine≥1.5 mg/dl or ＞ 133umol/L);
5. the obvious abnormal liver function (ALT more than 2 times of the normal upper limit);
6. ever suffered from history of stroke or myocardial infarction; be done or are preparing to do coronary angioplasty or coronary artery bypass grafting;
7. other serious diseases such as malignant tumor;
8. be preparing for pregnancy; other situations that researchers believe that is not suitable for the selected object.
