研究目的：

研究神经损伤患者亚急性期fMRI和脑电图的影像学指标并结合临床表现，评价患者神经损伤程度，并分析患者神经预后与这些指标之间的相关性。建立通过fMRI、脑电图及临床行为学指标的多模态数据评估神经损伤患者病情程度及预测患者神经预后的模型，并为神经损伤患者的诊断和干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the imaging indices of fMRI and electroencephalogram (EEG) in patients with nerve injury during the subacute stage and combine them with clinical manifestations to assess the degree of nerve injury in patients, and analyze the correlation between the neural prognosis of patients and these indices. Establish a model for evaluating the severity of the condition and predicting the neural prognosis of patients with nerve injury through multimodal data of fMRI, EEG and clinical behavioral indicators, and provide a basis for the diagnosis and intervention of patients with nerve injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

神经损伤组排除标准： 1.既往颅脑手术病史； 2.既往精神疾病病史； 3.生命体征不稳定的患者； 4.癫痫持续状态的患者。 健康人群组排除标准： 1.既往神经系统疾病病史； 2.存在幽闭恐惧症。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for neurological injury group: 1. History of previous cranial surgery; 2. History of previous psychiatric illness; 3. Patients with unstable vital signs; 4. Patients with status epilepticus. Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Population Group: 1. History of previous neurological diseases; 2. Presence of claustrophobia.
