研究目的：

本研究旨在基于CT影像探讨健肌汤对椎体强化术治疗OVCF合并肌少症患者手术疗效的影响，为加速患者手术康复提供新的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to explore effect of Jianji Decoction on efficacy of PVA in patients with OVCF complicated with sarcopenia based on CT images, and to provide a new method for accelerating the surgical recovery of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 患有类风湿性关节炎、甲状腺、骨肿瘤、垂体、甲状旁腺、肾上腺、性腺等影响骨代谢疾病及骨折者 2: 半年内使用影响骨代谢的药物如大剂量钙剂、雌激素、雄激素、二磷酸盐、糖皮质激素等 3: 其他疾病引起的肌少症，如癌症、营养不良、下肢瘫痪等引起 4: 长期卧床、偏瘫、帕金森及脊髓神经压迫者 5: 受检前2周有明确感染史; 合并各种原因所致的脊柱侧凸，合并腰椎滑脱、腰椎感染和脊柱肿瘤 6: 合并有其他严重的心脑血管病变、血液系统、内分泌系统及肝肾疾病的患者 7: 精神异常患者 8: 不能按本研究的要求完成治疗者，无法判断治疗效果者及资料不完整者 9: 患者合并其他疾病，正在服用中药汤剂治疗；或已知对试验用药过敏者 10: 吸烟史及长期大量饮酒史

Exclusion criteria：

1.People suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid disorders, bone tumors, pituitary disorders, parathyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, gonads and other diseases that affect bone metabolism, as well as fractures 2.Use drugs that affect bone metabolism within half a year, such as high-dose calcium supplements, estrogen, androgen, bisphosphonates, glucocorticoids 3.Sarcopenia caused by other diseases, such as cancer, malnutrition, paralysis of the lower extremities, etc 4.Those who have been bedridden for a long time, have hemiplegia, Parkinson's disease or spinal cord nerve compression 5.There was a clear history of infection two weeks before the examination; Combined with scoliosis caused by various reasons, combined with lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar infection and spinal tumors 6.Patients with other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system, endocrine system and liver and kidney diseases 7.Patients with mental disorders 8.Those who failed to complete the treatment as required by this study, those whose treatment effect could not be judged, and those with incomplete data 9.The patient has other diseases and is currently taking traditional Chinese medicine decoctions for treatment. Or those who are known to be allergic to the test drug 10.A history of smoking and long-term heavy drinking.
