研究目的：

1、确定老年慢性疼痛患者发生疼痛灾难化的情况，确定高危人群。 2、形成一套基于机器学习的可视化老年慢性疼痛患者疼痛灾难化的预警操作流程，全面、准确地概述老年慢性疼痛患者的疼痛灾难化动态变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1、To determine the prevalence and predictors of pain catastrophizing in older chronic pain patients, identifying clinical high-risk subgroups. 2、To develop and validate an interpretable machine learning-driven visual warning system for monitoring dynamic trajectories of pain catastrophization.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.癌性疼痛的患者；
2.严重脑器质性疾病者或合并各类精神疾病史；
3.因车祸、截肢等创伤性事件导致的疼痛；
4.正在参与心理干预项目的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with cancer pain;
2.People with severe brain organic diseases may have a history of various mental illnesses;
3.Pain caused by traumatic events such as car accidents and amputations;
4.Patients participating in psychological intervention programs;
