Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

All detailed compliance data are derived from information and specimens of inpatients at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Data collection is conducted by clinical researchers under the supervision of the principal investigator, who is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the reported data. All data should be clearly documented to ensure their traceability. Clinical data will be stored in a data repository, which should be password-protected. Logical verification procedures should be established when the database is created.
