研究目的：

确定使用噬菌体的关键给药参数，如方式、剂量、浓度和频率。这将有助于为噬菌体治疗多重耐药菌感染建立一套完整的治疗规范，从而推进其在临床中的大规模应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Identify key delivery parameters for the use of phages such as modality, dose, concentration and frequency. This will help to establish a complete set of therapeutic specifications for phage treatment of multidrug-resistant bacterial infections, thereby advancing their large-scale application in the clinic.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)细菌感染能被抗生素治疗有效控制； (2)不能进行呼吸道局部给药； (3)超过本单位医疗服务负荷； (4)经研究者判定不适合参与本研究的思者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Bacterial infections can be effectively controlled by antibiotic therapy; (2) Local administration to the respiratory tract cannot be performed; (3) Exceeding the unit's medical service load; (4) Thinkers who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
