研究目的：

本项目拟聚焦于接受靶向治疗的银屑病人群，提出当前亟需解决的临床问题，联合上海市多家专注于银屑病诊疗的三级甲等医院，在本团队前期牵头第二轮《促进市级医院临床技能与临床创新能力三年行动计划》重大临床研究项目”—《中国人群银屑病系统治疗策略的多中心临床研究》经验的基础上，构建上海市银屑病人群的示范性临床研究队列，建立规范化的动态追踪随访流程。通过多中心协作、标准化数据采集和长期动态随访，填补国内大样本靶向治疗真实世界研究和多组学研究的空白，推动银屑病的诊疗规范化和个体化进程，推动优质疗法惠及广大银屑病患者，进而助力“健康中国 2030”目标的达成。

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to focus on the psoriasis population receiving targeted therapy, raise the clinical problems that need to be urgently addressed at present, and collaborate with several tertiary grade-A hospitals in Shanghai specializing in psoriasis diagnosis and treatment. Based on the experience of our team leading the second round of the "Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting Clinical Skills and Clinical Innovation Capacity of Municipal Hospitals" major clinical research project - "Multicenter Clinical Study on Systemic Treatment Strategies for Psoriasis in the Chinese Population", a demonstration clinical research cohort for the psoriasis population in Shanghai was constructed, and a standardized dynamic follow-up process was established. Through multi-center collaboration, standardized data collection and long-term dynamic follow-up, fill the gap in domestic real-world research and multi-omics research on large-sample targeted therapy, promote the standardization and individualization of the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis, enable high-quality therapies to benefit a large number of psoriasis patients, and thereby contribute to the achievement of the "Healthy China 2030" goal.

获批用于银屑病治疗的生物制剂和小分子靶向药物（包括司库奇尤单抗、依奇珠单抗、夫那奇珠单抗、赛立奇单抗、乌司奴单抗、古塞奇尤单抗、替瑞奇珠单抗、阿达木单抗、氘可来昔替尼片、阿普米司特片等）

Biological agents and small molecule targeted drugs approved for the treatment of psoriasis (including SEC, IXE, vunakizumab, xeligekimab, ustekinumab, GUS, TIR, adalimumab, DEC, APR, etc.)

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合以下任一标准的受试者均将从本试验中排除： 1.筛选时正处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性； 2.筛选时正患有活动性感染（如结核、乙肝）。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from this study: 1. Women who were pregnant or lactating at the time of screening; 2. At the time of screening, the patient is currently suffering from an active infection (such as tuberculosis or hepatitis B).
