研究目的：

通过对我院结直肠癌手术患者手术图像回顾性地进行人工智能深度学习，建设右半结肠癌CME和直肠癌TME术中一体化快速智能化识别导航智能平台建设人工智能AI平台。将建立的术中识别筋膜与自主神经人工智能平台与胃肠外科医师在术中术后图片与视频阅片的诊断准确率、特异性和效率进行比较，以探讨人工智能导航平台的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the retrospective analysis of the surgical images of patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital, the artificial intelligence deep learning was used to construct an integrated rapid intelligent identification and navigation intelligent platform for CME and TME of right colon cancer. The diagnostic accuracy, specificity and efficiency of the established artificial intelligence platform for intraoperative recognition of fascia and autonomic nerves were compared with those of gastrointestinal surgeons reading intraoperative and postoperative pictures and videos to explore the application value of the artificial intelligence navigation platform.
