研究神经系统免疫相关疾病，包括视神经脊髓炎，多发性硬化，重症肌无力，以及格林巴利综合征等的临床和基因特点，研究遗传因素与疾病的相关性，并探索疾病特异的诊断，治疗和预后预测的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical and genetic characteristics of immune-related diseases of the nervous system, including neuromyelitis optic spectrum disoders (NMOSD), multiple sclerosis(MS), myasthenia gravis(MG), and guillain-barre syndrome(GBS), to eveluate the correlation between genetic factors and diseases, and to explore disease-specific biomarkers for diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis prediction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
2.合并有其它神经系统疾病或严重的精神疾病者；
3.患者有严重的肝肾功能或其它重要脏器功能障碍者；
4.由于患者依从性较差不能配合随访工作及静脉采血，或者临床和影像学资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Having other neurological diseases or serious mental diseases;
3. Patients with severe liver and kidney function or other important organ dysfunction;
4. Due to poor compliance, patients cannot cooperate with follow-up work and venous blood collection, or data are incomplete.
