研究目的：

研究经皮电神经刺激（TENS）对单侧颞下颌关节（TMJ）疼痛患者在感觉功能和下颌功能标准化测量方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) on standardized measurements of sensory and mandibular function in patients with unilateral temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 过去3个月内有肌痛或肌筋膜疼痛病史或接受过TMD治疗； (2) 在过去一个月内使用当前药物（抗抑郁药、镇痛药或具有中枢神经系统作用的药物）； (3) 自我报告有严重全身性疾病或精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of myalgia or myofascial pain or treatment of TMD during the past 3 months; (2) use of current medications (antidepressants, analgesics or drugs with central nervous system action) within the last month; (3) self-reports of severe systemic diseases or mental disorders.

The randomization was performed by an investigator not involved in data collection using the sequentially numbered, opaque sealed envelopes allocation concealment method. The envelopes were stored in a secure cabinet that only the allocation investigator had access to and were opened immediately prior to intervention allocation.
