研究目的：

1） 验证 EEG 实时监测反馈的 TMS 干预对脑卒中后上肢运动恢复的疗效。 2） 探索脑电在“时-频-空”三维度的脑区激活信号分析与功能连接网络的连续性观察有助于探索脑功能非对称性变化在卒中运动功能恢复中的特异性。 3）横向与纵向探索脑电相关指标与运动功能性量表评分的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To verify the efficacy of TMS intervention with real-time EEG monitoring feedback on upper limb motor recovery after stroke. 2) To explore the EEG activation signal analysis in three dimensions of "time-frequence-space" and the continuous observation of functional connectivity network is helpful to explore the specificity of brain functional asymmetry changes in stroke motor function recovery. 3) The correlation between EEG related indicators and motor function scale scores was explored horizontally and vertically.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者，不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病合并症控制欠佳者； 2.具有癫痫发作史或家族癫痫史； 3.颅内或外置有金属； 4.体内装置有医疗仪器，如心脏起搏器、药泵等； 5.不能完成基本疗程，依从性不好者； 6.妊娠女性； 7.近期参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure in the past, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes complications and poor control; 2. Have a history of seizures or a family history of epilepsy; 3. Intracranial or external metal; 4. The body is equipped with medical instruments, such as cardiac pacemakers, drug pumps, etc. 5. Can not complete the basic course of treatment, poor compliance; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Recent participants in other clinical trials.
