研究目的：

确定过去有1次住院史的患者在出院后1年内是否存在中/重度急性加重的高风险；建立预测慢阻肺急性加重再住院风险模型，模型的AUC值达到0.8以上。  

Objectives of Study：

Determine whether patients with a history of 1 past hospitalization are at high risk for moderate/severe acute exacerbations within 1 year of discharge; develop a model for predicting the risk of rehospitalization for acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, with an AUC of 0.8 or higher for the model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除合并恶性肿瘤、严重支气管扩张、气胸、肺栓塞、尘肺、严重的支气管扩张。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with concurrent malignant tumors, severe bronchiectasis, pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, pneumoconiosis, or severe bronchial dilation.
