在26-34周早产儿中开展基于生理的脐带结扎（肺通气建立后断脐），验证基于生理的脐带结扎的安全性和可行性  

Objectives of Study：

to test the safety and feasibility of stabilisation until lung aeration with intact cord in 26-34 gestational preterm infants

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.监护人不同意签署知情同意书； 2.母亲因素要求胎儿立即娩出：母亲大出血需紧急抢救、胎盘早剥、全麻等； 3. 胎儿因素：存在严重畸形影响新生儿复苏者(如先天性膈疝、胎儿水肿、紫绀型先天性心脏病、气道畸形等)、严重胎儿窘迫、濒死儿复苏； 4. 单绒毛膜双胎或三胎； 5. 其他一切可能危及母婴安全的情况出现，可由现场的产科、儿科医师判断是否纳入本研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. without informed consent; 2. severe maternal illness that prompted immediate delivery, including postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, general anaesthesia, and so on; 3. fetuses with known congenital anomalies compromising cardiorespiratory transition after birth (including congenital diaphragmatic hernia, hydrops fetalis, cyanotic congenital heart defects, and airway anomalies), severe fetal distress , apparently stillborn neonates; 4. monochorionic twin gestation, multiples greater than twins; 5. other situations that may endanger the safety of mothers and infants can be determined by the attending obstetricians and pediatricians;
