研究目的：

探究难治性类风湿关节炎的生物学特征，包括转录组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学，为临床治疗提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the biological characteristics of refractory rheumatoid arthritis, including transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝肾功能严重异常者； 2.合并严重的心脑血管、肺、肾、内分泌和造血系统等原发性疾病者； 3.有乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、结核病、艾滋病病史或获得性免疫缺陷综合症（AIDS）病史、恶性肿瘤病史者； 4.合并银屑病关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、痛风性关节炎等炎性关节炎疾病者； 5.精神性疾病，无自知力，无法确切表达者； 6. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女或正在备孕者； 7.正参加或一个月内参加了其他临床试验的患者; 8.研究者判断患者依从性不好，无法完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, endocrine, and hematopoietic systems; 3. Have a history of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tuberculosis, AIDS, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) or malignant tumor; 4. Patients with combined inflammatory arthritis diseases such as psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and gouty arthritis; 5. Individuals with mental illnesses who lack self-awareness and are unable to express themselves accurately; 6. Pregnant, lactating women or those preparing for pregnancy; 7. Patients who are currently participating or have participated in other clinical trials within the past month; 8. Researchers have determined that patients have poor compliance and are unable to complete the trial.
