研究目的：

1.明确脓毒症急性肾损伤中，肾脏的血流动力学改变情况，早期血流的改变能否更早的提示AKI的发生，抓住脓毒症急性肾损伤发生的时间窗口； 2.明确脓毒症急性肾损伤患者中： （1）血20-HETE浓度的改变情况； （2）血20-HETE浓度与传统肾损伤标记物血肌酐值（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）和新型肾脏损伤标记物（NGAL、Kim-1、Klotho、TIMP-2*IGFBP-7等）的相关性； （3）明确血20—HETE浓度的变化与肾脏血流动力学改变是否具有相关性； 3.希望有关20-HETE的药物用来进行管理血管反应性、对肾功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the hemodynamic changes of the kidneys in acute kidney injury of sepsis, whether changes in early blood flow can indicate the occurrence of AKI earlier, and grasp the time window of acute kidney injury of sepsis. 2. Identify patients with acute kidney injury with sepsis: (1) Changes in blood 20-HETE concentration; (2) Correlation between blood 20-HETE concentration and traditional renal injury markers serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and novel renal injury markers (NGAL, Kim-1, Klotho, TIMP-2*IGFBP-7, etc.); (3) To determine whether the change of blood 20-HETE concentration is correlated with the changes in renal hemodynamics; 3. It is hoped that drugs related to 20-HETE can be used to manage vascular reactivity and its effect on renal function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.ICU住院时间 < 24h； 2.存在慢性肾功能障碍〔基础Scr ＞123.8 μmol/L，估算肾小球滤过率（eGFR）＜60 mL·min-1·1.73 m-2〕； 3.入ICU时已存在急性肾损伤； 4.妊娠期女性； 5.未签署知情同意书或临床资料不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.ICU Length of hospital stay < 24h; 2. Presence of chronic renal dysfunction [basal Scr > 123.8 μmol/L, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 mL·min-1·1.73 m-2]; 3. Acute kidney injury at the time of admission to the ICU; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients who have not signed the informed consent form or have incomplete clinical data.
