研究目的：

1. 探究大学生抑郁的潜在机制； 2. 综合考虑多维度指标对抑郁进行早期识别； 3. 评估团体运动（有氧或无氧运动）干预对大学生心理健康的改善效果

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the underlying mechanism of depression in college students; 2. Comprehensively consider multi-dimensional indicators to identify depression early; 3. To assess the effects of group exercise (aerobic or anaerobic exercise) interventions on the mental health of university students.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书; 2.经临床检査确诊为抑郁症; 3.患有心血管疾病、呼吸道或肺部疾病、存在骨关节问题; 4.有其他严重的器质性疾病; 5.PHQ-9得分<5，HAMD得分<7。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to sign informed consent; 2. Diagnosed with depression through clinical examination; 3. Suffering from cardiovascular disease, respiratory or lung disease, bone and joint problems; 4. Have other serious organic diseases; 5. PHQ-9 score <5, HAMD score <7.
